With the KTEG P-Line in combination with the optimised attachment tools, there are countless application possibilities for the process. From classic excavating with the backhoe bucket to lifting with the vacuum lifting device.
The 6-in-1 folding bucket combines six functions in one attachment, optimised for loading, levelling and backfilling like a wheel loader and much more. This bucket increases machine utilisation and reduces the need for specialised attachments. Ideal for versatile construction projects, it enables quick task changes and reduces operating costs. An indispensable tool that simplifies work processes and expands the possible uses of your machine.
Cable ducts, manholes or trenches of a different size - with the right attachment, digging is much faster and more efficient. The excavator operator can couple the right bucket safely and conveniently from his cab in just a few seconds - without having to move the excavator. This saves energy, time and space. Mobile in confined spaces: Even in confined spaces, you can work efficiently thanks to the rotation capability. This is because the bucket can be guided just as precisely as the tiller when excavating.
Digging along walls or house walls is therefore possible in any position of the excavator - the bucket is aligned on the rotary quick coupler.
Thanks to the rotation, the milling machine can be used with high precision to work along house walls, shafts and other obstacles with pinpoint accuracy. The low-vibration technology enables use on listed buildings and sensitive structures. The alignment of the milling machine is controlled by the rotation on the quick coupler, not by the position of the excavator: less travelling, more milling.
The combination of rotating the quick coupler and swivelling the bucket results in a tilt rotator. This combination allows operators who are used to working with tilt buckets to familiarise themselves quickly. The 360° tilt bucket enables high precision and adaptability for levelling, humus and backfilling work.
The intuitively operated vacuum lifting device docks onto the fully hydraulic rotary quick coupler from KTEG without manual labour. The driver has the display and operating lights in view and can set about gently placing the swinging bell on the slab. This makes handling slabs and kerbstones more precise and minimises damage.
The KTEG finger gripper is specially designed for use on the 360° rotary quick coupler and, unlike conventional variants, is always in the driver's field of vision for optimum application and safe operation.
Compaction along obstacles and sensitive structures is possible thanks to the rotation and eliminates the need for an additional machine on site. The straight side of the base plate can be used to compact right up to any wall or pipe. The eccentric housing makes it possible to compact under pipes. The attached compactor compacts on slopes - manual vibrators cannot work here.
Piled material picked up in high bucket mode retains its shape and requires no reworking. If required, the bucket separator mixes the material directly above the trench, removes impurities and enables precise sanding by rotation, allowing impurities to be removed immediately. This technology extends the excavator's reach and overloading height, enables larger transport vehicles to be loaded without changing position and increases efficiency. P-Line bucket separators with integrated adapter and reduced weight improve the stability and precision of the excavator.
Cleaning is the final step that remains and impresses. The P-Line transforms the excavator directly from the cab into an effective cleaning machine with a roller or sweeper brush. These attachments clean floors, remove weeds and reach hard-to-reach areas thanks to the rotation without the excavator having to move. This means that even formwork and walls can be cleaned effortlessly, making manual labour superfluous.
