Once the object is in the trench, it's time to backfill. From the cab, the driver attaches the attachment of his choice, for example a bucket separator, to the quick coupler fully hydraulically and can get straight down to backfilling.
5 in 1: pick up - sieve - mix - backfill - dispose of
The driver picks up the material in high bucket mode. This ensures that the material remains in shape and does not have to be reworked. If the material needs to be mixed, this is also picked up. Above the trench, the bucket separator separates the impurities from the filling material, mixes if necessary and sands precisely with the aid of rotation. The impurities can be loaded directly for removal. This is because the rotation enables high bucket operation and increases the reach of the excavator. This means that larger lorries or dumper trucks can be loaded than would be possible in backhoe operation - without the excavator leaving its position.
P-Line bucket separators are component-optimised with an integrated adapter. The lower dead weight gives the excavator better stability. This allows it to work more precisely and utilise its time efficiently. Thanks to the high bucket operation, the multi-tool carrier not only increases its reach, but also the transfer height.
Piled material picked up in high bucket mode retains its shape and requires no reworking. If required, the bucket separator mixes the material directly above the trench, removes impurities and enables precise sanding by rotation, allowing impurities to be removed immediately.
This technology extends the excavator's reach and overloading height, enables larger transport vehicles to be loaded without changing position and increases efficiency. P-Line bucket separators with integrated adapter and reduced weight improve the stability and precision of the excavator.
High bucket mode = loading mode
Working in high bucket mode does not destroy the pile. This eliminates the need for reworking to refill the heap.
Rotate instead of tipping
The rotation can be used for dumping. This means you don't have to lose a single centimetre of reach or loading height.
Sieve trommels are easy-to-operate, extremely low-wear attachments that separate coarse from fine particles. Screening enables filling material to be obtained directly on the construction site. Thanks to the large loading volume, large quantities can be separated and processed quickly and with little effort.
Here too, the pile can be processed using the high bucket function, eliminating the need for reworking. Another compelling argument in favour of the high bucket mode: The fine material is sieved in exactly where it is needed.
