Compaction after excavation, after placement, after backfilling or in between.
The excavator operator couples the quick coupler to the compactor attachment from the driver's cab. The hoses are completely internal, completely eliminating the risk of hose crushing and even rupture.
Professional compactors are equipped with auger slewing gears to keep the compactor stable and precisely in position. In difficult ground conditions, the compactor would turn away without a self-locking auger slewing gear. The KTEG OQR was designed with this challenge in mind: This fully retains the usual professional compaction work with UAM mounted compactors. Compaction along obstacles and sensitive structures is therefore possible and eliminates the need for an additional machine on site. The straight side of the base plate can be used to compact right up to any wall or pipe. In addition, the compactor prevents the critical natural frequency and thus ensures even greater safety.
Compaction along obstacles and sensitive structures is possible thanks to the rotation and eliminates the need for an additional machine on site. The straight side of the base plate can be used to compact right up to any wall or pipe. The eccentric housing allows compaction under pipes. The add-on compactor compacts on slopes; manual vibrators cannot work here.
The compaction bucket fulfils the Telekom specifications with a maximum trench width of 15 cm and a trench depth of approx. 50 cm. The operator can dig, compact and backfill along shafts. Precise thanks to rotation, safe thanks to frequency monitoring. Trimmed for pure efficiency in network and pipeline construction.
