Conducting technical training in German and English
Providing support over the phone and in person to dealers and customers, as well as supporting their day-to-day business if technical problems arise
Technical support and implementation of warranty processing
Preparation of technical documentation in German and English
Damage analysis, determining damage frequencies / user errors, and remedies
Processing incoming complaint tickets
Checking and monitoring product quality / warranty module evaluations
Translation of technical literature

Master craftsman training / technician training, or completed technical vocational training
Extensive professional experience and specific expertise
Overall high level of technical understanding
In-depth knowledge of hydraulics and electric systems
Good to very good knowledge of written and spoken English
Familiarity with MS Office
Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently
Reliable and able to work in a team
